During the three-and-a-half-year apprenticeship at KWM WEISSHAAR you will get to know the organizational structure, as well as the various regulations and regulations of our company. The job of the tool mechanic in the field of punching and forming technology is the manufacture, maintenance and maintenance of tools, e.g. cutting, forming and machining tools, fixtures, gauges, templates as well as measuring and testing tools.
These products are manufactured and repaired for use by hand or by machine with high dimensional accuracy according to drawings, whereby individual production predominates. Knowledge and use of state-of-the-art technologies (CNC, hydraulics and pneumatics) make this profession very interesting.
