Our modern warehouse comprises two high-bay warehouses with a total of 5,200 pallet spaces. In 2008, we also put a sheet metal warehouse and a fully automated picking warehouse into operation.

With a wide range of storage options and a modern warehouse management system, we are ideally equipped to store and pick a wide variety of goods flexibly and efficiently. Our aim is to provide our customers with a first-class service and to exceed their expectations.

Since 1997, we have been offering our customers order picking of finished parts in addition to production. We enable KANBAN or just-in-time deliveries, even directly to the assembly stations. We keep a minimum stock of parts in order to be able to deliver within two days.

Thanks to a modern EDI system and the use of handhelds and barcodes in dispatch, incoming goods and the warehouse, we have ensured an optimised and up-to-date flow of information.

Authorised exporter

As an authorised exporter, KWM WEISSHAAR is entitled to export goods directly without the hassle of presenting them to the customs office of export. This enables us to provide an independent export declaration that can be created flexibly and promptly without having to wait for customs office opening hours or processing times. This smooth process benefits our customers and ensures efficient export processing.

Authorised & Approved exporter

With the authorisation as "Authorised Exporter", KWM WEISSHAAR is entitled to issue preferential declarations of origin without value limitation on the invoice for deliveries to Switzerland. The EUR.1 as proof of preference and its release by the customs office are therefore no longer required.

Thanks to the authorisations as "approved exporter" and "authorised exporter", our customers benefit from uncomplicated customs clearance, which enables fast delivery of the goods.

Our modern fleet of 4 trucks and 1 Mercedes Benz Sprinter enables us to respond flexibly and easily to customer requests, including urgent orders. We always endeavour to ensure smooth and efficient delivery and to fulfil our customers' requirements in the best possible way.
