We have taken several measures to optimise the function of the seat box. Firstly, the seat box is used to cover pneumatic and hydraulic assemblies.

In addition, we have implemented an aluminium rivet assembly that requires almost no welding. This enables a considerable reduction in weight and contributes to the efficiency of the overall system.

The support frame was stabilised using folded brackets and flange plates, taking into account the strength calculation according to the railway standard (3g-5g). This ensures high structural integrity and safety.

In addition, small components were added to further reinforce stability and ensure that the seat box fully fulfils the requirements for load-bearing capacity and functionality.
