Another Lechner machine has been added to the machine park for rounding. The electromechanical 4-roll round bending machine is used for the thicker sheets (5-8 mm) of our customer ESM. The existing machine is only designed for sheet thicknesses up to a maximum of 4 millimetres.

A small compact cell was installed to facilitate entry into the world of welding robots. This is equipped with a shuttle table and is to be loaded with parts that are currently still welded by hand.

A new milling machine was purchased in the area of mechanical processing. This will be used mainly for simple drilling and milling work due to the double workstation occupancy and mainly covers orders from our customer John Deere. Thanks to the integrated zero-point clamping system, the tool magazine, in which 40 tools are stored, and the internal tool measurement, we hope to reduce set-up times.

Bending

Due to a reorganisation in the bending area this year, three older machines were taken out of service and a new Amada HFE 3i 1003 was installed instead.

Behringer saw- VMS 350

In the sawmill, an old metal circular saw was replaced by a new, more powerful one. Based on previous satisfaction, this is once again a Behringer saw.

Spot welding machine - PMP 6-5-300MF

The company is also investing in a new spot welding system due to increasing demand and special customer requirements. The new machine is primarily intended for processing aluminium.
