An exciting week has passed as we have welcomed the next generation of trainees to our team at KWM Weisshaar. We are delighted to welcome a total of 𝟭𝟰 motivated apprentices who have opted for a wide range of professional fields.

This year, we welcome a total of 8 new construction mechanics who have found their way to us. They are joined by 3 prospective warehouse logistics specialists, 2 industrial clerks and 1 prospective technical product designer. This diversity reflects the wide range of opportunities in our training areas. We still have one vacancy for technical merchant for IT-system-management and one vacancy for mechatronics engineer for refrigeration technology. We hope to be able to fill these positions in the short term. However, we are grateful for every single trainee who has decided to join us.

This week, our new recruits have already received an intensive introduction to their professional world. Various training courses and introductory events have helped them to prepare optimally for the start of their training. They not only got to know their environment and their future colleagues, but also gained valuable insights into the activities of their chosen career field.

Accompanying support from experienced employees enables our trainees to make a smooth start to their training. Our motto is clear: we not only want to impart theoretical knowledge, but also offer them the opportunity to grow and prove themselves in practice.

We are firmly convinced that our new trainees will play an important role in the future of our company. Their energy, motivation and enthusiasm can be inspiring for us and we are excited to see what we can learn from our trainees.
