We are striving to integrate modern technologies for sheet metal processing, threfore we are happy to announce the commissioning of two new machines in our machine park.

Following the success of our first automated bending machine, we commissioned a second one at the beginning of November. This high-performance system, also of the TruBend Cell 7000 type, impresses with its autonomy. Not only does it produce the parts precisely and unmanned after programming, the TruBend Cell also impresses with the self-setting of the tools and the autonomous depositing of the finished bent parts. This means that we can produce both small and large series efficiently and precisely without manual labour.

With the increasing demand in the field of laser welding, we rely on the TruLaser Weld 5000. Equipped with an impressive 8000 watt solid-state laser, it enables us to weld even thicker sheets with maximum precision. The integrated seam tracking system ensures maximum process reliability.
