Assembly

This sector, in the meantime, has become our largest independent production sector and we have continued to enlarge it over the years. Via the considerable enlargement and the systematic, further qualification of our seventy employees; we have the know-how and ability to accommodate ever larger contracts.
The production sector consists of:

	Cooling & Air Conditioning Systems - Assembly Ready to install Driver’s Cabins, Passenger’s accommodation, Tram, Air Conditioning Units
	Unit Assembly Under Floor Cooling Units, Diesel Tram Vehicles, Tower & Roof Cooling Units for Electric Locomotives and the Under floor Container Assembly, Bi-directional Air Ducting for rail vehicles
	Electrical Assembly In addition to the sheet metal assembly we install the complete electrical assembly and test it prior to the insertion of the subgroup by the customer. Here, particular attention is paid to quality control and development.
	Miscellaneous Assembly groups for machine, air conditioning plants, ”clean room” technology, operating theatres and gas filters. Small assembly of component parts, for the printing industry and other branches.
	Surfacing Technology We have our own Large Component, paint shop and degreasing plant, together with a pickling line for the preparation of stainless steel parts. For large series production, we are able to utilise our long term connections with competent suppliers concerning the wide range of techniques of surfacing technology.
